1. The Signature Harvest Table Experience

Enjoy a feast of farm to table dishes served family-style under the shade of olive trees, with an 15-minute introduction to the Olive Oil produced from the fruit of these trees. Cascade EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) complimented by herbs from South African Fynbos.

Package Highlights & Menu

  • Every Harvest Table begins with freshly baked olive bread, olives, and olive tapenade infused with Fynbos herbs.
  • Welcome Drink & Homemade Ice Tea
  • On the table, seasonal vegetable quiche, beetroot and butternut salad, fresh garden salad, and cheese straw pastries. Roast beef in red wine jus (alcohol-free option available) and creamy pasta in coconut cream.
  • Dessert: chocolate cremeux.

Pricing & Capacity

  • R5,000 for up to 12 guests
  • R295 per additional guest (up to 24 guests maximum)
  • Dietary options: Menus can be adjusted for vegan, vegetarian, or pre-selected dietary preferences with advance notice.
  • Validity: Available through 30 April 2027.

2. Three-Course Group Lunch Package

For smaller gatherings or classic plated dining, our Group Lunch package offers a three-course menu paired with scenic views and leisurely after lunch strolls to the waterfall.

  • Glass of Vonkel on arrival
  • Three-Course Menu prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients
  • Seating Choice: Under the olive trees, on the terrace, or indoors
  • Waterfall Access: Take a self-guided walk to the waterfall at your leisure
  • Flexible Hours: Bookings available between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM

  • Weather Contingency: In the event of rain or adverse weather, outdoor tables are moved to the covered terrace or the Courtyard Studio.
  • Exclusions: Additional bar items/drinks, pool access, and custom decor are not included.
  • Corkage: Bring Your Own (BYO) wine is permitted at a corkage fee of R45 per bottle.
